Luxor Art Museum Return Policy

Shopping for fine art at Luxor Art Museum is 100% safe and guaranteed! We only ship prints, sculptures, and original paintings that are in excellent condition, free from folds, tears, creases, wrinkles, smudges and other imperfections that could diminish the value of your fine art. All items are professionally packed and insured through UPS or Fedex. We may, in some circumstances use an accredited art shipper like Craters and Freighters. If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us immediately and we will promptly remedy the problem to the best of our ability.

Return Policy, Order Cancellations, General Information, and Shipping Information

1. What is the Luxor Art Museum return policy?
Luxor Style Gallery offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept a return for exchange or for refund (less Shipping), provided the item is returned within fourteen (14) days from the date of shipment. Review the complete “Return Policy, Order Cancellations, and General Information” section for full details, including our policy for gift returns. After the 14-day grace period, all sales are final. There are no refunds on custom framing.
All drop-shipped or direct-shipped (indicated on item’s description page) merchandise by the manufacturer or publisher are non-returnable. Refunds are never applicable to secondary market orders or orders for original paintings for which we are a broker (indicated on item’s description page), meaning that artists have original paintings on consignment in the gallery. To reiterate, all sales are final for all drop-shipped or direct-shipped merchandise and original paintings where we act as a broker only.

2. What if my order is received with obvious damage or with broken glass?
If your art order is received damaged, it is most likely the result of a shipping mishap. Please contact us via phone or e-mail within 24 hours of receipt so we can discuss the shipping return policy and the availability of a replacement item. You will then have the option of replacing the item free of charge (if applicable) or having your account credited. If your order is delivered to you with obvious damage or with broken glass, please do not open the package. You may refuse the package and have the carrier return the package to sender. Please call 972-732-1212 to let us know so we can arrange a replacement shipment, which is dependent upon item availability. If damage to your order is discovered after the package has been opened, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. You may call us or fill out our e-mail form and type "Damaged Order" in the Subject.

3. How do I return an item?
To return an item you must call us at 972-732-1212 or send us an e-mail ( ) to receive a Return Authorization Number. Return shipments will not be accepted if you do not have a Return Authorization Number. A returned item must be included in the original packaging it was shipped and with all accessories included. If it is not returned with packaging and accessories then the return is subject to a 15% restocking fee. Be sure to specify the reason for the return, and what action you would like us to take: free replacement (if applicable) or refund. You are responsible for all return freight and insurance on returns and responsible for any damage in transit for the return. We strongly suggest that you pay insurance on items being returned and that you use a traceable delivery method, such as UPS or Fed-Ex. Any freight claims for damage on return shipping will be the customer’s responsibility.

4. Can I return an item that I received as a gift?
We will gladly accept a gift return for exchange within fourteen (14) days from date of shipment. To return goods, please save the item(s) and packaging. Follow the return policy instructions (see question #3) to exchange a gift item. No refunds through any payment method will be provided for gift returns.

5. What if I want a refund for my return?
Refunds will be processed as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase or in the form of a check drawn from U.S. funds for all other methods of payment. No refunds will be provided in the form of cash or in any other currency besides U.S. funds. All refund checks will be mailed to the "Bill To" address used when the order was placed.

6. What if I want to cancel an order?
If for some reason you place an order and suddenly decide to cancel before your order has been processed and shipped, we will cancel your transaction at no cost to you. This also applies if an item is out of stock or backordered.
If your order has already been processed and prepared for shipment, a 15% fee will be deducted from the cancellation refund.

7. What if I find a better value for an item listed on or one of Luxor’s affiliate websites?
Perhaps you found a print for a better price from another gallery. No problem! Simply provide us with the print title and the sale price of the competitor with their website address. We will try to beat their price to make it worth your while!
Note: All price matching must be done before a sale is finalized. Once an order is processed, the sale is final.

Shipping Information

Continental United States:
We ship most orders through the United Parcel Service (UPS). In-stock items are normally shipped the next business day. Please allow 7-10 business days to receive your item(s).

Shipping costs are dependent upon the total cost of the order. Customers have the option of receiving unframed, paper prints flat or rolled. If you do not indicate your shipping method preference, then we will ship the item using our best professional judgment.

Shipping is free for all orders over $750.00.

Canadian Orders:
All shipments to Canada are sent via UPS Standard to Canada. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.
